Our Purpose...

The Roberts Law Office limits its practice to assisting individuals who have been injured and are having to face a large insurance company or business alone.  Insurance companies and businesses have attorney’s assisting them.  We believe the working men and women of Kentucky deserve to have an attorney who knows the law and will look out for the rights of the injured.  We provide this service by working on a Contingency fee.  We do not get paid unless there is a recovery for our client.  Court costs and case expenses are the responsibility of the client only if we win or settle the case.

The Roberts Law Office consists of one Attorney, Jeffery A. Roberts, and two legal assistants, Michelle Garland and Peggy Jarvis.  You know that the attorney you hire will be the attorney who handles your claim, not some attorney just out of law school that you have never met.
